Day 5- fasting day/ metabolic circuit

[Warmup]: Four rounds of- 2 pullups 3 inchworms 4 pushups 4 hip bridges 5 air squats 1 jump squat

[Workout]:
(1) Ten rounds of- 5 pushups 10 mountain climbers 15 air squats 20 jumping jacks No planned rest between rounds. Transition quickly to the next round.

(2) Six rounds of- 15 seconds burpees 15 seconds rest

(3) Two rounds of- 2 side lying shoulder stretch, per side; 1 minute kneeling hip flexor stretch, per side; 10 wall slides
